Shipping Policy

Stagwalk Footwear offers high-quality products with high-end packing and shipping.

The following points are mentioned for clarity of shopping concepts for all our valuable buyers:

Order Confirmation and Processing:
As the order is received, a confirmation call is sent to the customers. After confirmation, the products are shipped at the earliest and handed over to our logistics partners, like Delhivery, Ekart, and Amazon. The selection of shipping partners varies as per the pincode serviceability of the buyer.

Cash on Delivery:
The product is delivered within 5–6 working days after order confirmation. The tracking details are updated on customer's mentioned email ID. We charge a nominal ₹50 cash on delivery fee.

Prepaid Orders: 
We charge no shipping or handling fee for prepaid orders. Faster delivery is guaranteed on prepaid orders (conditions apply depending on the pincode of the buyer). Some pincodes that are not serviceable via COD orders might be serviceable via prepaid orders.

Shipping Time: 

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations stoking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will send you via email or SMS after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
