Return Policy / Refund / Exchange Policy

Stagwalk Footwear, we take pride in crafting shoes of the highest quality and perfection. Our commitment is to ensure our customers' satisfaction with every step they take. If any product falls short of your expectations, our dedicated team is here to assist you.

Our exchange policy allows you to initiate an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please ensure that the product is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Kindly provide a minimum of 3 images showcasing the shoe upper, sole, and the box's packaging, along with the label or invoice. This will help us expedite the replacement process. The shipping of the product back to our designated warehouse should be arranged at your own expense. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will promptly ship the desired replacement product within 48 working hours.

Please note that, due to hygiene and wellness considerations, this item is non-returnable. For exchanges in a different size as desired, the customer is responsible for covering the associated logistics charges. Additionally, any shipping or COD charges incurred during the initial order will not be refunded.

To initiate an exchange or return, kindly click on "SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN" within 24-48 hours of receiving your delivery, providing us with your order number.

Products that fall under the following categories are not eligible for exchange or return:

  1. Products returned without the original packaging that was included during delivery.
  2. Items that have been worn or washed.
  3. Products without accompanying images detailing the reason for return.
  4. Complaints lodged after 24-48 hours from the delivery of the shipment.

Any product received by the buyer that is damaged or defective. To initiate a replacement, please send an elaborate video and audio recording highlighting the issue, along with still images of the defect.

Important conditions to be aware of for exchange requests:

  1. All items being returned or exchanged must remain unused and in their original condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
  2. Our Exchange Policy covers size exchanges exclusively. You can exchange items for the same size or opt for a different size if available. Please note that exchanges depend on the availability of the desired size or product.
  3. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request.
  4. Should any return or exchange request be rejected following a physical quality check by the Stagwalk team, the customer will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
